J.Douglas Robertson M.D., F.A.C.S.
A board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Robertson brings knowledge and experience to Plastic Surgery Associates of Montgomery. He holds multiple certifications and society memberships and has presented his works concerning body contouring, breast and cosmetic surgery before his peers at state, regional and national meetings. In addition to cosmetic procedures, Dr. Robertson has also presented on the surgical treatment of breast cancer and skin sparing mastectomy, as well as wound management.
Dr. Robertson graduated from Duke University before earning his M.D. from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Kentucky where he was selected to serve as Administrative Chief Resident. Dr. Robertson completed his plastic surgery residency at UAB, where he distinguished himself in cosmetic surgery, body contouring and the most complicated breast procedures.
